Domaine Schoffit, a family winery located in the Alsace wine region near Colmar, France, has a rich history dating back to its establishment around 1599. While initially involved in agriculture and horticulture, it was in 1973 when Robert Schoffit dedicated the winery solely to wine production, officially becoming a “domaine.” Today, his grandson, Alexandre, runs the show.
