Certified biodynamic, the estate has 9 ha of vineyards spread over various places known as the area of Arbois: Corvées, Grand Curoulet, Bésivette, Prélevront, the Régole, Clos Maire and Bergère. These vines come from both Françoise’s parents, Michel-Henri’s wife and acquisitions made since 1989.
Michel-Henri and Françoise Ratte are working today with their son Quentin. All the wines are produced by their own vineyards. The biodynamic culture is a way for them to combine work in the vineyards with respect for nature. A commitment that is found in the cellar with a minimum of handling so as to respect the initial product: the grapes. The wines are now Demeter-certified, a quality label that tests perfectly to the work done. The wine produced is as natural as possible.
