Domaine Bernard Millot, a distinguished winery located in the esteemed Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy, has a storied history spanning four generations of dedicated winegrowers. Operating on an 8-hectare estate, they cultivate different plots in the prestigious municipalities of Meursault, Puligny Montrachet, and Beaune.

Emilien, the current generation, leads the winemaking with the guidance of his parents, Bernard and Sylvie. Throughout the vinification, minimal intervention is emphasized, with natural fermentations, gravity-driven barreling, and malolactic fermentation occurring organically. This allows the wines to develop their complexities authentically.

The wines are then aged for 12 months in oak barrels and an additional 4 to 6 months in stainless steel vats, ensuring a harmonious maturation process. The result is a collection of exceptional wines that exemplify the Millot family’s unwavering dedication to the art of winemaking and the expression of their remarkable terroir.
