Domaine des Geslets is located on the right bank of the Loire River in the Bourgueil area, which encompasses seven districts. The vineyards benefit from a favorable south-facing exposure, receiving ample sunlight and the influence of the Loire Valley’s oceanic effects.

Vincent Grégoire, with his wife Sylvie, took over the family domaine in 1987, continuing several generations of winemaking tradition. The domaine spans 20 hectares, with 13 hectares in the Bourgueil appellation and 7 hectares in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation. They passionately produce wines that showcase the unique terroirs of these regions.

The Domaine des Geslets is certified organic since 2013, with their winery powered by solar energy. They embrace sustainable practices and respect for the environment throughout their winemaking process.

L’Expression starts on the exceptional south-facing hillsides with clay and limestone (tuffeau) soils. Grapes are allowed to reach maximum maturity, resulting in a powerful wine with density and flesh. It undergoes a longer maceration period and matures in 400-liter casks, gaining delightful aromas of black cherry, vanilla, and spice.
